Education and Training

2012 – 2014 Bachelors degree at Ecole nationale superieure de mecanique et des microtechniques de besancon (ENSMM) Jan 2014 – Jun 2014 Internship at Laboratoire d’astrophysique de Marseille (LAM) : Design of a nanometric dispalement table working under cryogenic temperature and ultra high vaccum (3 D and 2D drawings, Finite element analysis : structural – modal – thermal, experimental validation) 2014 – 2016 Double degree program in order to obtain a master’s degree in vibroacoustics at CTA : centre de technologies avancees (partners : Universite de Sherbrooke and Borbardier recreatif products BRP) : Vibroacoustic modeling a snowmobile muffler (Modeling transmission loss – mouth and shell noise using a hybrid FEM-BEM method, experimental validation of vibroacousticsindicators). In this work we plan to investigate how acoustic metamaterials can be further improved by adding visco-elastic patches.Since I was planning, from the beginning of my master degree, to have a career in vibroacoustics, I immediately was interested in the subject. And even though it was not in the continuity of my work, It would give me a chance to broaden my experience and my knowledge in vibroacoustics (I prefer to look at it that way), therefore, I am looking forward to contribute as much as possible in the development of metamaterials performances by incorporating viscoelastic materials as I believe those materials have a lot of potential in doing so.
