Professional experience

Apr. 2016 – Dec. 2016 Internship: Finite element model verification and validation for a twin-engine aircraft fuselage structure “O.M.A. Sud S.p.A.”, Capua (CE), Italy   The main objective of the workplan is to validate a periodic design of the SYLDA (from the French acronyms Systéme de Lancement Double d’Ariane 5) component versus the conventional one. This ESR will be devoted to the design of the SYLDA using periodic concepts and considering realistic sources. The periodic ribs configurations as well as periodic viscoelastic patches will be tested. The focus will also be the optimization of considered configurations with respect to industrial constraints. The main steps of the ESR work will be the following: 1- Effects of lateral periodic ribs properties on the vibroacoustic response of the SYLDA under aerodynamic excitations. Modelling and optimizations. 2- Effects of circumferential periodic ribs properties on the vibroacoustic response of the SYLDA under aerodynamic excitations. Modelling and optimizations. 3- Effects of periodic viscoelastic patches on the vibroacoustic response of the SYLDA under aerodynamic excitations. Modelling and optimizations. I’m interested in this subject because it is directly related to what I have done during my Internship and my Master Thesis work. I worked on a fuselage structure, making a correlation between static tests and numerical results. I choose the ESR11 position for investigate also the dynamic and vibroacoutic behavior of the structures, for improve my knowledge and for acquire new professional skills.
